There are two types of pigmentation, hyper-pigmentation and hypo-pigmentation. In hyperpigmentation, one part of the skin becomes darker or darker than the rest. It also causes spots on the skin. The biggest reason for hyper-pigmentation is the increased level of melanin in the skin. Although this is a common problem, but when it happens, there is a lack of confidence in people. They are disappointed about their skin. Many people around the world are struggling with this problem.
The UV rays from the sun are very harmful for the skin. This is where the problem of hyper-pigmentation begins.
There are also many medicines, the reaction of which causes hyper-pigmentation.
During pregnancy, there is a change in the hormone level, due to which the production of melanin in women is affected.
Skin inflammation is a major cause of hyperpigmentation.
The best way to avoid pigmentation is to avoid direct sunlight i.e. UV rays.
Always use a good sunscreen while stepping out of the house or even if you are at home. Sunscreen should be of at least 30 SPF.
At least touch your face. This will prevent any kind of infection on the skin. The problem of acne/pimples increases by touching the skin of the face.
Use niacinamide, retinol and vitamin-C in your skin care routine.
